A beautiful spring may be just around the corner, but beware, so is hail season. According to The Gazette in Colorado Springs, Colorado was as bad as it seemed last year.

In fact, a State Farm report put Colorado at the top rank for hail damage in 2018 (move over, Texas).

'A wave of storms that passed primarily through Denver and the northern Front Range on June 18-19 racked up $2.2 billion in damage,' The Gazette reported.

There was nearly $600 million in claims for hail damage in Colorado last year from just State Farm policy holders. You can read more from The Gazette here.
