In this strange world of social distancing and masking up, restaurants are continuing to struggle to figure out how to keep their doors open. Luckily, there's a local business that can help with that.

The Nook Dining describes themselves on their Facebook page as:

"...a rentable, movable, secluded dining booth that seats up to 6 patrons and provides private, COVID-safe dining experiences for restaurants in Northern Colorado."

On the inside, the mobile trailer (which you can see in their post below) looks like an adorable booth you would get seated at in any local Fort Collins restaurant. Plus, as a bonus, it seats up to six people, so you can bring all of your friends.

For the first weekend of Great Plates, The Nook Dining will be parked outside of Blue Agave Grill. In the past, they've gone to Soul Squared Brewing, Nick's Italian, STUFT Burger Bar and more.

If you're like me and are super introverted, this seems like the perfect solution: It's almost like your own private restaurant.

Use of The Nook Dining has sold out several times in the past, so they recommend you call the restaurant ahead of time and make a reservation inside. Check where they're headed each week by following them right here.

The NoCo Virus Tracker articles are made possible by our partners, the Keep NoCo Open campaign that reminds citizens to wear a mask, wash your hands, physically distance and support local as Northern Colorado recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic.
