Fort Collins' nonprofit organizations, government agencies and businesses are banning together during Project Homeless Connect on April 12th to help those who are homeless or are close to homelessness.

Its a one-stop event, starting at 8 a.m. with a free breakfast and continuing on through 1 p.m. with free lunch at Northside Aztlan Community Center.

There will be many services provided. Volunteers will help participants navigate through Project Homeless Connect.

These services provide participates access to medical screenings (including dental and vision), mechanical inspections, haircuts, legal services, veteran services, counseling, bus passes, pet care (including pet food), employment services, and more.

Services end at noon even though lunch is served through 1 p.m.
