It's Monday and today's recipe needs to be simple. As we head into the kitchen I think to myself, how can we get dinner on the table quickly tonight. For many today was the first day of school and the energy of the day makes for hungry impatient kids with homework!  Come on, follow me to the oven, we got this.

What You'll Need:

2-3 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 small bag frozen mixed veggies
1 can cream chicken soup
1 pkg biscuits, flaky-divided into
12 pieces, cut in half

Putting It All Together:

preheat oven to 400 degrees
spray a muffin tin
take each biscuit half and
form in the muffin tin
mix together the chicken and
soup and fill the 'muffin' cups
bake for 10-15 minutes
optional- top with shredded
cheddar cheese when you pull
them from the oven

serve with a green salad
