We're getting crazy with our chicken today and spicing thing's up. Can you stand a little heat in the kitchen? Well, these chicken rolls won't have the intensity of a true solar flare, but they will put a zig in your zag.

Blue Cheese Crumbles

3 boneless skinless
chicken breasts, divided
4oz blue cheese crumbles
1 cup Franks RedHot sauce
Tbsp D's spice blend
(season all, garlic powder
and ground pepper)
1+ Tbsp(s) canola oil
(to brown chicken)

Putting It All Together:

preheat oven to 400

butterfly chicken breast
to create six pieces

place each piece individually
between two pieces of wax paper
and pound to thin

fill each chicken piece with
blue cheese crumbles-just
divide the package so that
each piece gets the same amount.

roll them like a burrito and
hold in place with 2 or more
toothpicks. (If you don't have
toothpicks sear the seam side
first.)

sear the rolls in the canola
oil till brown on all sides on
medium heat.

remove rolls and place in baking
dish seam side down.

deglaze the pan with
the Franks Red Hot and butter
once all bits and pieces have
lifted from the bottom of the
pan and mixed well with the hot
sauce and butter, pour over top
the chicken breasts.

bake 15-20 minutes until juices
from chicken run clear.
