These taco bowls are fun to make and fun to eat. The kids love helping out in the kitchen and this is a great recipe to get their chef on! Whether you make them for game day, ladies night or a kids sleep-over they are sure to please the crowd. In fact I made them last night for ladies night and the girls loved them plus they thought they were cute! :) So, let's get cooking.

What You'll Need:

1 pkg of 8 biscuits
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup pinto beans
1/2 pkg of taco seasoning
(I usually make my own to control the
sodium)
queso, shredded Mexican cheese or
Campbells fiesta nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 Roma tomato, diced fine
sour cream
pickled jalapeno's
flour for rolling biscuits

Putting It All Together:

preheat oven to 425

but biscuits in half and roll out
place inside muffins tins coated with
cooking spray and bake till golden brown

meanwhile brown hamburger, mix in taco seasoning
according to package and add pinto beans.

remove "bowls" for the muffin tins add a pinch of
lettuce to each and fill with hamburger
and pinto bean mixture. top with cheese/cheese sauce,
sour cream, tomato and jalapeno

serve immediately
