Who doesn't like a good Stroganoff, but sometimes it seems like it takes forever to make, and you just want to sit down and eat, not slave away in the kitchen. Jo has the solution, here's her recipe.



1 lb London Broil or Top Round Sirloin (whichever is on sale), 1 Can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup, 1 pkg Dry Brown Gravy Mix, 1 Cup of Water, 1 pkg of Egg Noodles (cooked and tossed with butter)


Brown meat and season with s/p to taste on both sides, remove from skillet and slice thinly then put back into the skillet now mix together the gravy mix and water and add to meat along with the can of soup, let simmer for 5-10 minutes to let the flavors blend together. Serve the meat and gravy mixture over the buttered noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
