In the kitchen it often feels like you're creating a scientific experiment. Or when reading a recipe, you feel like you should have paid more attention in Mr. Johnson's class when he was teaching you about scientific methods. I assure you, this recipe will be easy; no science degree needed. And you will love not only the simplicity, but the fresh taste as well.

What You'll Need:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 lemon
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 shakes of thyme, oregano and basil

Putting It All Together:

In a gallon storage bag
add oil, the juice of lemon-
plus 4 thin slices and spices.
add chicken breast's and refrigerate
for 30 minutes.

preheat grill

Lemon
loading...

cook chicken about 7 minutes on
each side. chicken is done when
an instant read thermometer reads
165. (I usually pull mine 157-160
as the chicken will continue to
cook for roughly five minutes after
removing it from the heat)

I typically make a huge salad with all my favorite ingredients, cucumber, tomato, red onions and avocado with romaine and red leaf lettuce with fresh spinach.  Sprinkle the salad with olive oil and some oregano and place the sliced grilled chicken on top-Delicious!
