What You'll Need:

1 lb hamburger, browned with salt and pepper
2 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
2 cans petite diced tomatoes, green pepper, celery and onion flavor
1 pkg shredded Italian cheese
3 cups cooked rice

Putting It All Together:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix the browned hamburger with the chopped bell peppers, petite diced tomatoes and rice
if you have some Parmesan cheese you can add that to the mixture with a dash of red pepper
flakes to add a little punch to the dish. add the mixture to a greased casserole dish and
top with cheese. bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
