Remembering ‘Operation Hump’ November 8 1965 With Big & Rich [VIDEO]

It was on this date 52 years ago that a battle in the Vietnam War took place that will live in history forever. "Operation Hump" took place on this date. You can read more about this operation here. Many people know the story because of the Big & Rich song "8th of November". It was a soldier from this battle that gave Big Kenny the hat you always see him wear.

We cannot let this day pass without paying tribute to those brave soldiers who battled hell that day. Here is the video from Big  & Rich to bring it all home. God bless the American soldier.
