Respite Care, RMHS and Fort Collins Baseball Teams Together for Game Under the Lights

When I hear that Respite Care and RMHS in Fort Collins are getting together and then hear that Fort Collins High is joining forces for a night of awareness and baseball fun, I am all set to jump on that wagon. Both Rocky Mountain High School and Respite Care hold a special place in my heart and both are incredible assets to the community.

Ready, Set and Batter up for this annual "Game Under the Lights" at City Park this Thursday (May 1, 2014) night at 6 p.m.

This year, Rocky Mountain and Fort Collins High are reaching out to you for Respite Care. Players will be standing by the gate before the game collecting new and 'gently used' books. Respite Care is in need of children's books for their new Teen and Early Childhood areas. Both teams are ready to hit the field and shoot this out of the park for Respite Care.

Respite Care, Inc. is a non-profit organization in Larimer County providing short-term care for children with developmental disabilities. An organization, per their mission statement, that strives to create an interactive and safe environment that fits the emotional and physical needs of each individual child.
