The second of four Cheyenne Frontier Days 2013 Grand Parades steps off Tuesday July 23rd at 9:30 a.m. Cheyenne Frontier Days parades Chairman Jim Siler says the parades could not be as successful as they have been without the participation of the community and the volunteers that help put the parade on. The parade begins at 24th and Capitol Aveune and includes marching bands, local digniataries, rodeo queens, numerous floats, lots of horses and horse drawn carriages. The Grand Marshall of the parade will be the Cheyenne Frontier Days 2013 " Volunteer of the Year." The Cheyenne Police Department says there will be no parking allowed along the parade route from 8 a.m. until noon.
