Brainiac Bowl

The annual Colorado Knowledge Bowl is being held across the state in 10 different regions in the last week of January and the first couple weeks of February.

Over the weekend K99 participated in the Brainiac Bowl to benefit the Discovery Science Center. 7News Chief Meteorologist Mike Nelson hosted the event.  The K99 team was dubbed "The Injured Intellectuals". After the 1st round we were in 3rd place.  The team had only missed 4 questions.  After the 2nd round...Did I mention after the 1st round, K99 was in 3rd place?

The Brainiac Bowl is a science, history, and general smarts quiz game in which teams match wits against each other and raise money for the new Discovery Museum.  This year's event is Saturday night at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Loveland.
