I didn't either, but most fast food restaurants have a secret menu. You just have to how and what to order. Here are some of those spilled secrets and now I am looking for the ones I have missed in search of that perfect cheeseburger.

Far be it for me to leave cheese out of Christmas. Give me a cheese ball, a cheese platter or a cheese sandwich and I'm happy. In the tradition of sharing my favorite recipes, here is one of my favorite comfy foods for a 'gloomy' cool day. My grandmother used to make a version of this recipe. She was a gourmet, a perfectionist in her cooking. Through the years I have taken her love for food and cooking and simplified many of her recipes.

In my effort to come up with dinner solutions, here is my latest recipe. The Mac and Cheese recipe to follow can be made with or without the lobster. You can also substitute the lobster for chicken.
