Weld County is one of several counties in Colorado that has recently shifted to 'Level Red' restrictions due to alarming COVID-19 surges across the state.
As COVID-19 cases continue to rise across Colorado, county officials are taking action by enforcing heightened restrictions in their respective counties; In Larimer County, Level Red restrictions begin today (Nov. 24).
The Larimer County Department of Health recorded 229 additional COVID cases on Thursday (Nov. 19) on its website. The county's cumulative total of cases now stands at 7,331 since the start of the pandemic.

Although there were no new confirmed COVID cases added to Larimer County's cumulative total on Monday (Nov. 16), the county is far from being in the clear of this pandemic.
