It's no secret that I love kids and will do whatever I can to make their lives just a little bit brighter and that is exactly what all you Sleigh Riders have been doing since 2006; making lives brighter one toy at a time.  Now it's time to take this to the next level and explain, in detail, what my vision is for this charity and how the money is spent.

Over 300 riders showed up for the 6th Annual Sleighrider's Toy Run at St. Michaels Town Square in Greeley on Saturday.  The weather was perfect for a 7-mile ride to Whiskey River. Every bike had at least one toy strapped to it, but many brought more than one.  A couple thousand toys were collected to benefit Santa Cops of Weld County.

There are so many great avenues to help the less fortunate this time of year but none better than helping children who may not have a Christmas without our help. After all, it is better to give than receive, right!

For the past decade K99 has collected toys for needy kids in Northern Colorado. Every year we collect toys for Santa Cops  in Larimer and Weld Counties.  Santa Cops Larimer County is currently accepting applications from those who need toys this Christmas.

Over the weekend Todd and Susan both had the privilege to deliver toys with the Larimer County Sheriff's Posse on behalf of Santa Cops! Susan was delivering toys in Loveland on Saturday. Todd was helping out in Fort Collins.
