The Band Perry may not be country artists anymore, but that isn't stopping them from touring the U.S. in support of their new music. The trio will embark on a new tour beginning Oct. 12 in South Carolina. The 17-date trek runs through December, and fans can purchase tickets via the band's website.

In September, the band of siblings dropped a new EP titled Coordinates. The five-track release has the trio embracing electronic sounds, with Variety noting the album being "so unapologetically electronic it makes their previous couple of unabashedly pop singles sound like vintage Carter Family."

Over the last three years the sibling trio has gone from country music to pop music, then back to country before going full pop and then splitting from their pop label home, Interscope Records. The Band Perry are best known for their 2010 Grammy-nominated country hit "If I Die Young." No word on whether the the former country trio will be performing any of their country hits on their upcoming tour.
