Denver Broncos safety Kareem Jackson is positive for the coronavirus, according to The Denver Channel.

Jackson told the station that he began feeling congestion in his chest on Monday (June 15), stating that he only has minor symptoms.

The diagnosis is concerning for the Broncos, as Jackson gathered with the entire team as recently as June 6 for a Black Lives Matter protest in Denver.

However, the football player traveled to his second home in Houston shortly after the protest, leading his doctor to believe that he did not contract the virus while in Colorado.

Jackson will be self-quarantining for two weeks, and is expected to make a quick recovery.
