When Glen Frey passed away in January 2016, it was everyone's expectation, including members of the band, that the days of performing were gone as well. When reminded by long time manager, Irving Azoff that people still want to hear their music, Don Henley could only think of one person to fill that void. It was Glen's son, Deacon.

The Eagles made their debut with Deacon at Dodger Stadium in early July. The reception Deacon received was as intense as hearing his voice on his father's song, "Take It Easy".

After the West Coast performance, The Eagles moved to the East and did a show at Citi Field. Joe Walsh was asked if the Eagles were thinking about a full-on tour, to which he said, "no". If they were to do anything, it would be on a much smaller scale.

This week, The Eagles announced a Fall tour that only has four dates, as of now. They are:

October 17 - Greensboro, North Carolina
October 20 - Atlanta, Georgia
October 24 - Louisville, Kentucky
October 27 - Detroit, MI

Do not be disheartened. Though there is obviously no date for Colorado, these things can change and most often do.

The Eagles touring will be: Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit, Deacon Frey, and country artist, Vince Gill.
