This Weekend Chris Stapleton Turns Saturday Night Live Into a Honky Tonk [VIDEO]

Chris Stapleton has been blowing up the world lately. He has won about every award except an Oscar or Nobel Peace Prize. He has been selling a boatload of albums and been on about every late night talk show. This weekend Chris will do what Garth Brooks, Johnny Cash, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton and just a handful of country stars have done. He is performing on Saturday Night Live.

There are few shows that boost someones profile as much as an appearance on SNL does. Chris really doesn't need the boost right now but the rocket is about to hit another stage of acceleration. Chris Stapleton's latest single 'Nobody to Blame' is the closest thing to a Waylon song I have heard since Waylon passed. I am looking forward to hearing him tear it up on Saturday. Here is a taste.
