If you need something to take your mind off of the fact that tomorrow is Friday the 13th with a full moon, then you have come to the right place. This weekend’s upcoming action-packed events will have your mind at ease in no time.

Get your ‘fall’ on at this year’s Loveland Oktoberfest. The event will occur between 4-10 p.m. on Friday; and noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday at Fairgrounds Park in Loveland. There will be beverages, games, music and plenty of lederhosens that will make attendance at this unique festival worth your while.

Teens of the early 2000’s — this one’s for you. At this lively throwback event you will have every chance under the sun to relive your glory days as a youth growing up in the 2000’s. Tickets are going for $5 on the 99.9 The Point App or $10 at the door. This blast-from-the-past bash will occur at the Downtown Artery, and will include your favorite old-school tunes from NSYNC, The Pussycat Dolls and many more. To request your favorite adolescent 2000’s Jam, visit the 99.9 The Point website and fill out a request form to ensure you and your 2000’s-loving group gets their jam on the big speaker.

What is everyone’s favorite thing to do at a season change? Redecorate — and The Fort Collins Fall Home Show at 2720 Council Tree Ave. is the event to go to for your new fall embellishments. This festive show will occur from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Admission and parking are both free, and you will have the opportunity to meet with both local and national vendors to ensure that you have the perfect fall reorganization plan.

Check out any of these special seasonal events this weekend, and you will not be disappointed. Happy fall!
