Today Marks One Year Since Losing 100 lbs – Where I Am Now [VIDEO]

Today is a very special day for me. Not only is today the 53rd anniversary of my birth, it is also the one year anniversary of me reaching the 100 lb weight loss mark. I can't believe it was one year ago today that I stepped on that scale at Benchmark Medical Group in Windsor and saw that magical number. I started at 333 in March of 17 and reached 100 lbs lost by September 13 of 17. Check out the video here.

Here were are today in September of 2018 and I weighed in this morning at 191 lbs. I am now down 142 lbs and have kept it off. I reached the 140 lb weight loss mark in December of 17 and have kept it off every since. That means I have not only kept the 100 lbs off of me for a year but have also dropped another 42. Today I am 53 years old and could beat the hell out the 25 year old me. I am the best version of me yet and the future is limitless. Look out world...I am just getting warmed up. Thank you Benchmark. Thank you to my family and friends for being there for me and thank YOU for being with me and encouraging me all the way through. Victory is attainable when you totally believe in you. I am blessed.
