Town of Johnstown Opens Parks to Public

The town of Johnstown has announced that public parks have reopened to visitors.

The Town Council determined that it was in the best interest of the community to reopen the parks during Monday night's meeting.

However, the council did add an important note in regards to the parks reopening. When using park spaces, residents must be aware that equipment will not be sterilized.

Therefore, it's important for visitors to take precautions and use guidance from Colorado's Safer-at-Home order before, during and after their visit to the city's public parks.
