Fort Collins police are searching for two men that attempted to rob a woman at gunpoint on January 5th around 2 a.m. on South College just south of the Dairy Queen.

The victim told police that her car was parked in the area and as she was walking up to her vehicle, tow men ran up to her threatening her with a handgun in an attempt to steal her purse. When their attempt failed, they fled in a white SUV with black rims and black top according to Fort Collins police.

The victim described the suspects as Hispanic, between the ages of 23 - 26. One having a pierced eyebrow, wore a white hoodie and dark jeans. The other wearing a black hoodie and dark jeans.
