UNC Bears Win – CU Buffs Lose – CSU Rams Play Tonight

I love tournament time in college basketball.  My team, the CSU Rams play for a chance in the tournament championship tonight. Unfortunately the CU Buffs were eliminated from their tournament yesterday.  The big surprise is the UNC Bears.  They are two wins away from a trip to the Big Dance.

• The UNC Bears beat Montana State 69-56 in the quarter-finals of the Big Sky Championships last night in Missoula, Montana. The Bears will play conference Champion Montana in the semi-finals tonight.

• The CU Buffs were knocked out of the Pac-12 tournament yesterday with a 79-69 loss to 18th-ranked Arizona. Now Colorado has to hope for an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament with a record of 21-11. It's the 3rd consecutive 20-win season for the Buffaloes.

• The CSU Rams play UNLV in the semi-finals of the Mountain West Tournament tonight in Las Vegas. Tonight’s game is at 8:30 on the CBS Sports Network. If Colorado state wins today, they will be in the Championship game.
