Utah Murder Suspect Could Be Heading to Colorado

The Sheriff's Office in Weber County, Utah believes that a person of interest in homicide could be heading to Colorado. Deputies of Weber County responded to a disturbance that was later deemed as a homicide on November 10 in the Upper Valley West.

The person of interest has been identified as Scott William Russell and is believed to be armed and dangerous. Russell is believed to be driving a black 2017 Toyota Land Cruiser on black rims with Utah license plate G143AP.
