A new study from A&W Root Beer is out examining rules in the household and how they effect "quality" family time. It found that we live in an increasingly distracted world with quality family time becoming harder and harder to come by.

The research showed that saying "Please and thank you', having 'no phones the dinner table' and 'never going to bed angry' are three of the top 10.
