Dr. Temple Grandin, a professor of Animal Sciences at Colorado State University, read aloud a book about herself from her kitchen, and it's the greatest.

CSU is very lucky to have the wonderful Temple Grandin on its staff. Having grown up with severe autism, she overcame many obstacles and is now an inspiration to many students.

But Dr. Grandin doesn't just inspire her students. In 2015, 'Temple Did It, And I Can, Too' Jennifer Yacio and Lynda Wilson published a book about the renowned animal scientist. It's a children's book written to help guide and inspire kids to reach their full potential, no matter what that may be. Dr. Grandin wrote the forward for the book.

But as wonderful as the book already is, it got even better. On May 11, 2020, Dr. Grandin sat down in her kitchen and read the book aloud, to be shared across the internet.

I first found the video when the Loveland Public Library shared it, as Dr. Grandin will be visiting their location later in 2020.

The video's five minutes long and it's wonderful.
