As the obsession with green chile continues in my household, so do the new ideas on how to incorporate the spicy pepper into pretty much everything we eat.

Over the weekend, my wife and I went to our friend's house to hang out and make some tasty chorizo! The two main ingredients in this recipe call for pork shoulder and roasted green chiles. Check out the slideshow to see how we made it:

After it was all said and done, we fried up a little bit to try out. It was tasty for sure. We split the 10 lbs. of chorizo down the middle. Half for his household, half for mine.
