Homelessness is hard for the majority of us to understand. For the people who work to end homelessness, they always need help and they dream of ending homelessness. T

The United Way of Weld County just received help to do that by way of a $230,637 grant.

The money was approved by The Weld Trust board of directors as a one-year grant. The United Way of Weld County said the grant is being used for three community health workers who come up with care plans that included housing and health care, two part-time registered nurses, and a Housing Navigation Center resource navigator.
