Why Not Create Your Own New Hero Today for National Superhero Day?

I think we all dreamed of being superheros when we were kids. Heck some of us still do. I have always loved Batman, Spiderman, Captain America, Thor and the whole bunch. I can remember making utility belts as a kid and pretending I had every contraption possible on that bad boy. Today is a day to make that belt and pretend again.

Today is National Superhero Day. Dress up as your favorite superhero or create one of your own. My grandson Zander likes to pretend he is a new superhero called "BucketMan". His special power seems to be blindly bouncing off of walls. I have also introduced him to "BlanketMan", "Pull My Finger Man" and "The Fantastic Goofy Glasses Gang".

Have some fun today and pretend you are invincible. This is a great excuse to be a kid again and refuse to grow up. Another thing you can do is help someone out today who could use a hand. Giving your time to someone in need is the greatest superpower of all and we all have it in us. Get your cape on and do some good today.
