Will Ferrell Shaves Conan O’Brien’s Beard Off [VIDEO]

Conan O'Brien grew a beard while he had nearly a year off from late night TV.  Some people liked it. Some people hated it. Conan called the hoopla the "Beardpocalypse".  Will Ferrell claimed he was one of the beard haters and promised to appear on Conan's show and shave it off.  Last night he did that!
