Wishing a Very Happy Birthday to the Amazing Voice of Carrie Underwood [VIDEO]

I vividly remember watching American Idol about a dozen years ago when a pretty young girl named Carrie Underwood from Oklahoma took the stage and made everyone stop dead in their tracks with her amazing voice. There was no doubt she was going to be something special. I remember Simon Cowell making the statement that she would become the most successful artist to come out of American Idol. He was so right.

Today Miss Underwood celebrates her 34th birthday. She was born on this date in 1983 in Muskogee, Oklahoma making her a true okie from Muskogee. Thank you for all the amazing music over the last decade Carrie. We look forward to many more years of great songs.
