On Saturday, February 18th, Deputies from the Larimer County Sheriff's Office responded to a vehicle theft at the 700 block of Glenn Ridge Drive in Fort Collins.

An Uber driver arrived at the destination, while there a female passenger began to fight with other passengers and then refused to get out of the car. The driver then got out of the car to try and break up the fight.

While the driver was out of the car, the female passenger locked the doors and then took off in the vehicle and ran it through a yard, and hit a retaining wall, tree, and landscaping.

In case you didn't already surmise, the female was very intoxicated. LCSO deputies and Fort Collins Police Services officers were able to locate the heavily damaged vehicle at North College and Myrtle Street. The still intoxicated female ignored police commands but was eventually taken into custody.
