Australian and Englishman Tell What They Like and Dislike About America
My wife recently helped organize a symposium on the “Ecological Consequences of Climate Change” at Colorado State University. We took a hike with some of the speakers at the symposium on Sunday. On Wednesday night we had the pleasure of enjoying dinner with the group, that is mostly from Australia. I always like to hear what people from other countries think of America, so I asked a couple of them.
Doctor Ben Moore and Doctor Scott Johnson from the University of Western Sydney were both brave enough to talk to me. I should note that Doctor Johnson is originally from England. Both men are delightful. I asked them both what they like most about our country and what they dislike the most. Their dislike surprised me the most.
