One week from today will mark the 12th anniversary of one of the most terrifying days of my life. It was a day I will never forget and glad I won't because it is one I need to remember. It was 12 years ago January 21st that I had a heart attack and thought this beautiful life of mine was going to end.

As I wind down my radio career I have certainly have had a lot of noise in my brain lately. There is so much to think about and consume my head that I have sure needed to find some thoughts to ground me a bit. We are down to my final 3 weeks here at K99 and I will miss you so much. I have had fun spending some time reflecting and seeing folks and just enjoying the good feelings you have been sending my way. It is a strange time and I need to keep my brain inspired during these confusing and unknown times.
