A Fort Collins restaurant known for its bowls of nutritious fast food has been forced to close its doors until they can get assistance from the federal government.

Alimentary is a fantastic place to get a quick meal with a focus on natural, high-quality ingredients that you can customize to suit your tastes. But unfortunately, they sent out a message on Instagram over the weekend to explain that they were "forced to close our doors until we are able to qualify for assistance to get us through these difficult times."

I know that I will be back building my "Buddha Bowl" as soon as they open back up.

If you'd like a full list of restaurants that are still open in Fort Collins, find it HERE.
