The possibilities with chicken are endless, you can pretty much do anything you want and the chicken will be like "hey, I got this". (the chicken won't actually speak) This is a great, if not the best chicken, it's cheesy and baked. (half of the guilt and nothing but flavor power)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with a slit done the center, 1 10oz pkg of frozen spinach (thawed), 1 8oz pkg of softened/room temp cream cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 stick butter (melted), 1 sleeve Ritz crackers

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

In a small bowl mix together the thawed and drained spinach with the cream cheese and stuff each chicken breast full, top with cheddar cheese, crumble crackers a top the chicken breasts and pour the melted butter over the crackers. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
