[VIDEO] Denver Man Chased by Grizzly Bear in Montana
A Denver man was chased by a grizzly bear in Montana after a car he was in stopped to film the mom and her cubs.
The man who captured the wild video is Calvin Barret, a professional skier based out of Denver.
At first, the video shows a bear cub trying to climb over a snow drift on the edge of the road. Barret is in the back seat, filming as the driver slows down to watch the creatures. A few seconds after the momma bear turns to help the cub, she decides the vehicle is a little too close and charges it. Nobody was hurt as the driver quickly drove away and the bear gave up.
Barrent said this to Denver 7:
Couldn't really believe it at first. I was like, a little naive to how intense it was. Because it all happened so quick.

Slowed down to check out some bears on the way into Montana. Kinda goes without saying but, friendly reminder: don’t fuck with mama bears, or any mamas for that matter.// For future reference I’ve been informed that the way we approached the bears, slowing down, and invading their space is not safe nor respectful wildlife viewing practice. So if you find yourself in this situation be sure to stay back and give any wildlife a chance to move out of sight before moving forward.
